Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using UTBC Media ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
Description of Service
UTBC Media is a boxing streaming platform based in Utah that provides:
- Live pay-per-view boxing events
- On-demand event replays and highlights
- Fighter and promoter profiles
- Exclusive behind-the-scenes content ("Behind The Punch")
Account Registration
To access paid content you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Be at least 13 years of age to create an account
Pay-Per-View Purchases
When you purchase a PPV event:
- You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream that event
- Access is limited to your account and personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not share, distribute, or publicly display purchased streams
- Prices are displayed in US Dollars and charged at time of purchase
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe

- Full refund available before the event begins
- Full refund available if you have watched less than 15 minutes
- No refunds after 15 minutes of playback
- Refund requests can be submitted through your account or by contacting support
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Record, capture, download, or redistribute any streamed content
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission
- Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform
- Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the platform
- Impersonate any person or entity
Intellectual Property
All content on UTBC Media — including video streams, fighter profiles, logos, graphics, and text — is owned by UTBC Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without explicit written permission.
Promoter Content
UTBC Media hosts events produced by third-party promoters. While we work to ensure quality and accuracy, we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or conduct of individual promoters. Disputes related to a specific event should first be directed to us at info@utbcmedia.com.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control (including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures) may cause temporary unavailability. In cases where a live event is unavailable due to technical issues on our end, we will work to provide a remedy which may include replay access or a refund.
Disclaimers
UTBC Media is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UTBC Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
